WA Chefs Serve Up The Best of Aussie Seafood

Three Perth chefs preparing Australian seafood at this week’s European Seafood Exposition (ESE) in Brussels have allowed visitors to this huge expo to sample some the best seafood Australia has to offer. Don Hancey from Don Hancey Consulting, Peter Manfis from Vineleaves, and Chris Cheong from Perth’s Must Winebar, worked noDon, Pete and Chris at the European Seafood Expo 2008n-stop throughout the three-day expo to cook up some of the best seafood on offer at ESE. “On behalf of the Government of Western Australia, the WA seafood industry and the entire Australian seafood industry, I thank Don, Peter and Chris for the fantastic job they did here this week,” WA Fisheries Minister Jon Ford said at the seafood expo. “Potential seafood buyers were not only able to see some of our great seafood, they could also taste it on the spot.”
